Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to support the training and evaluation of AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Ireland, applying your expert writing and editing skills to improve model performance and ensure high‑quality content output.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their results.
• Measure progress of AI models, evaluating logic, correctness, and overall performance.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements to enhance model quality.
• Collaborate with the team to select projects and manage workload on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently on a remote, flexible schedule.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
