Copy Editor - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Copy Editor to help train and improve AI chat‑bot models. You will apply your expert writing, editing, and content development skills to evaluate AI outputs, measure progress, and solve problems that enhance model quality. The role is ideal for professionals from communications, journalism, or related fields who enjoy flexible, remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chat‑bots and review their outputs.
• Evaluate the correctness, style, and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Identify logical gaps and provide feedback to improve model behavior.
• Track progress metrics and report findings to the development team.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in copy editing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be based in Ireland and able to work as an independent contractor.
