Corporate and M&A Lawyer

About the role

Our Corporate and M&A practice group is seeking qualified lawyers with 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join a market‑leading team in Ireland. You will work across the full company life‑cycle, advising domestic and international clients on private and public transactions, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, corporate reorganisations and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and related corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements and corporate governance materials.
• Collaborate with specialist departments and the Client Technology team to deliver innovative, technology‑enabled solutions.
• Support capital‑markets work, including equity offerings and public listings.
• Assist with corporate advisory, company law matters and secretarial services.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑6 years PQE, preferably from a large or medium corporate law firm in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
• Strong academic record and excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills.
