About the role
A&L Goodbody LLP's Corporate and M&A practice group is recruiting qualified lawyers with 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The group advises clients through every stage of the company life-cycle, including private and public M&A, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, PLC advisory and governance, corporate reorganisations and company law. It welcomes lawyers who are currently practising abroad and wish to return to Ireland.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 2 to 6 years PQE
- Ideally from a large or medium corporate law firm in Ireland or the United Kingdom
- Excellent academic record

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team and collaborative skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
