About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple high‑value projects, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Act as senior advisor to business owners and boards on mergers, acquisitions and capital structures.
• Identify new market opportunities, lead pitching processes and expand the firm’s professional network.
• Mentor and develop junior professionals, overseeing career progression and department resources.
• Conduct project risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience in a similar practice environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated team player with a passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
