Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

William Fry’s Corporate team is seeking an experienced lawyer to join as a Senior Associate/Associate. You will work on sophisticated, cross‑border corporate transactions and advisory matters for leading Irish and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements and documents.
• Support large cross‑border deals with an Irish component.
• Provide commercial‑focused legal advice to corporate, public‑sector and entrepreneurial clients.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting abilities with a strong eye for detail.
• Proven track record of high‑quality client service and commercial awareness.
• Ability to handle several matters simultaneously and work to deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and flexible approach to work.
