Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to join the Corporate team at William Fry. The role is a full‑time permanent position working on complex cross‑border transactions and advisory matters for leading Irish and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead on sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Provide commercial advice to domestic and multinational clients across various sectors.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, financing documents and other corporate paperwork.
• Coordinate with other practice groups and external counsel on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑qualification experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of excellent client service.
• Flexible work approach and strong work ethic.

• Advanced legal drafting and document preparation.
