Corporate M&A Lawyer (3-7 PQE) – Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its Dublin office. The successful candidate will work on both private and public M&A transactions, as well as private equity and equity capital markets matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the structuring and execution of M&A deals, including due diligence, negotiations and documentation.
• Support private equity transactions from fund formation to exit.
• Handle equity capital market issuances and related regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and other corporate documentation.
• Liaise with senior partners and cross‑border teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Required profile

• 3–7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate/M&A work.
• Strong academic record from a recognised law school.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and work under pressure.
• Willingness to relocate to or already reside in Dublin, Ireland.
