Corporate M&A Lawyer – Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a top‑ranked Irish law firm to recruit a Corporate M&A Lawyer for its Dublin office. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of private and public M&A transactions, private‑equity deals, and equity capital‑markets work, supporting both domestic and cross‑border clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support private and public M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Provide legal advice on private‑equity investments and related structuring.
• Assist with equity capital‑markets matters, including listings and secondary offerings.
• Conduct due‑diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and liaise with counterparties.
• Collaborate with other practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/M&A law.
• Strong academic background with a law degree from a recognised institution.
• Demonstrated interest in living and working in Dublin, Ireland.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
