Corporate Tax Compliance Manager – Big 4 (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to join a leading Big 4 practice in Ireland. The role will be based across Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway, offering the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of Irish and international clients while navigating a dynamic tax environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medium to large corporate tax compliance portfolios for a range of clients.
• Review tax provisions, reporting requirements and advise on legislative developments.
• Liaise with Revenue on compliance interventions and represent clients in discussions.
• Collaborate with international offices on cross‑border engagements.
• Drive tax technology and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior tax professionals within the team.
• Identify opportunities to add value across broader tax services.

Required profile

• CTA or CTC qualification.
• Strong corporate tax compliance experience within a professional practice.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to handle multiple deadlines while delivering high‑quality client service.
