Corporate Wellbeing Advisor

About the role

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor in our corporate club, you will use your strong background in corporate or commercial fitness to deliver circuit‑based classes, conduct fitness assessments and create personalised wellbeing plans. The role requires REPs Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and CIMSPA registration.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the fitness floor and ensure safety standards.
• Develop and deliver wellbeing plans and exercise programmes.
• Lead group exercise and circuit‑based classes, including Spin and Les Mills sessions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, from personal training to processing payments.
• Assess and induct all members before facility use.
• Offer technique, training and lifestyle advice to help members achieve personal goals.
• Deputise for the Programme Manager and use initiative to enhance the member experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or commercial fitness environments.
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching.
• REPs Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) and CIMSPA registered.
