Counter Manager – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role
As a Counter Manager for Sisley, you will act as the brand’s ambassador on the shop floor, delivering a personalised luxury experience to every client. You will lead a team of Beauty Consultants, drive sales performance and expand the client base both locally and internationally.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales targets set by the Line Manager.
- Manage net sales value (NSV) budgets, stock ordering and inventory levels in coordination with the Area Manager.
- Proactively sell across product categories to increase average pound sale (A£S) and average unit sale (AUS).
- Organise monthly counter activities, beauty‑room events and ensure accurate administrative reporting.
- Deliver luxury‑standard service, conduct skincare consultations, make‑overs and product demonstrations.
- Recruit new customers, capture client data in the Sisley database following GDPR guidelines, and build long‑term loyalty.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Sisley brand and able to convey its heritage and values.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to create personalised client relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs and maximise sales opportunities.
