Country Sales Manager – Ireland (Manufacturing)

About the role

Join a global leader in industrial manufacturing as the Country Sales Manager for Ireland. You will own the commercial strategy across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, driving growth in sectors such as medical, aerospace, automotive, precision engineering and general manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of six sales professionals, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors and strategic partners using a consultative, value‑based approach.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, KPIs and CRM data to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Oversee regional budgets, customer demonstrations, trials and commercial expenditure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Technical teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Drive improvements in sales processes, tender management, service delivery, CRM utilisation and commercial governance.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in industrial manufacturing or related sectors.
• Track record of delivering commercial growth in medical, aerospace, automotive or precision‑engineering markets.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience of leading commercial transformation initiatives and ensuring governance compliance.
