CRM Functional Lead – Microsoft Dynamics

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on CRM Functional Lead to drive a high‑velocity, global program implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, support configuration, and enable users through training and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, process flows, and configuration guides for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and related integrations.
• Facilitate grooming and prioritisation sessions with Product Owners, SMEs, and development teams.
• Support low‑code customisation (forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate flows, security roles) and validate configurations.
• Define and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT; log defects and manage retests.
• Assist with deployment activities, release validation, and data migration/quality tasks.
• Create training materials, quick reference guides, and deliver training sessions or demos.
• Act as liaison between business and cross‑functional technology teams, monitoring progress, change requests, and risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM functional or business analyst roles, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
• Practical knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Case/Service processes within a CRM context.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements and user stories.
• Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across distributed teams and time zones.
