Customer Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to own a portfolio of business customers in Ireland. You will manage the full commercial lifecycle, from qualification and pricing to renewal and growth, while working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, including qualification, pricing, quoting, negotiation, contract management, renewals and account growth.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies based on customer value, risk and growth potential.
• Drive retention and satisfaction by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through usage insights and customer feedback.
• Support renewal activities to ensure contract continuity and revenue stability.
• Collaborate with sales teams on larger opportunities, providing pricing support, commercial guidance and documentation.
• Create and maintain standardized commercial offerings, pricing structures and packaged solutions.
• Prepare and manage commercial documentation such as quotes, order forms, contracts and statements of work.
• Assist with presales activities including proposal preparation, opportunity qualification and solution packaging.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and partners on pricing programs, incentives, approvals and licensing requirements.
• Translate complex pricing models and licensing structures into clear recommendations for customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, sales support or a similar customer‑facing commercial role.
• Proven ability to independently manage customer relationships and commercial outcomes from initial engagement through renewal and expansion.
• Experience handling pricing discussions and commercial negotiations.
