About the role
Join Boots as a Customer Assistant and gain valuable retail experience. You will work on the shop floor, at the tills, or in the back shop, supporting customers and helping the store run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by listening to their needs, answering questions and recommending products.
- Promote in‑store offers and schemes to maximise customer information.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable shop floor and ensure products are correctly displayed.
- Provide efficient service at the tills and help with stock management in the stock rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a great shopping experience.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude.
- Attention to detail and understanding that small actions impact customer experience.
- Willingness to act as a proud brand ambassador for Boots.
