Customer Host – Retail Sales Associate (8‑hour shift)

About the role

White Stuff is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Host to join our retail team on an 8‑hour contract. You will be the front‑line ambassador, delivering a memorable shopping experience and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, inspiring, and invaluable service throughout the customer journey.
• Use the mobile point‑of‑sale (mPOS) system to showcase multichannel product availability and create endless‑aisle orders.
• Sign customers up for newsletters, tag purchases to profiles, and issue e‑receipts in line with data‑protection rules.
• Promote promotions and discounts to drive sales.
• Assist with visual standards, floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and product replenishment.
• Process deliveries efficiently, manage stock, and support stock‑take activities.
• Engage with internal teams, head‑office departments, and store visitors while adhering to health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and fashion with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and inspire colleagues.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to store needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a mobile point‑of‑sale (mPOS) system.
