About the role
The Customer Operations Specialist will join the Retail Customer Solutions (RCS) Operations team, supporting Retail, Arrears, Credit & Collections (RACC) functions across Ireland. Working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment, you will help ensure operational processes are accurate, efficient and aligned with business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Process daily operational tasks in line with established guidelines and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information for internal and third‑party stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues related to fulfilment, credit support and arrears.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, ensuring expectations are met with integrity.
Required profile
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with all management levels.
- Commitment to delivering superior customer service and upholding ethical standards.
Required skills
What we offer
- €17 per hour pay rate.
- 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
- Hybrid work model – three days per week in the office (Dublin, Galway or Cork).
