Customer Service Advisor – Sales Training (Enniskillen)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our close‑knit team in Enniskillen. The role involves phone‑based sales of a range of manufactured products to existing and new customers across the UK and Ireland, with full internal training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing customers by phone to maintain relationships and upsell products.
• Generate new business by prospecting and cold‑calling potential clients.
• Present and sell a portfolio of premium manufactured goods.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with the small office team and attend ongoing training sessions.

Required profile

• Background in customer service, retail, office administration or sales.
• Strong communication skills and a telephone‑oriented approach.
• Motivation to develop a career in sales with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.
