About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join the airport team in Dublin, helping passengers enjoy a smooth travel experience from check‑in to boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in, bag drop and any enquiries.
- Guide passengers onto the aircraft safely and on time.
- Provide support throughout the passenger journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Work shift patterns aligned with flight schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- Friendly and proactive attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Availability to work a 4‑days‑on, 2‑days‑off roster and flexible shift times.
- Leaving Certificate preferred.
- Legal right to work in Ireland.
