Customer Service (Call Center) Supporter

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Supporters to join JYSK’s Dublin Customer Service Centre. In this full‑time position you will act as an ambassador for the brand, handling customer enquiries across multiple channels and delivering a professional, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat.
• Identify issues, provide solutions and create sales opportunities from incoming requests.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer database and follow up on time‑sensitive matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exceed service targets and uphold JYSK’s quality standards.

• Strong empathy and ability to listen actively to customers.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional attitude and openness to two‑way dialogue.
