About the role
Join Panda Waste’s Customer Service team and use your strong communication abilities to deliver excellent service to both commercial and residential clients. No prior experience is required – we welcome quick learners eager to develop in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage with customers courteously, providing accurate information about the company and its services.
- Handle queries and complaints, collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Process customer‑related requests efficiently and consistently.
- Make outbound courtesy calls to follow up on complaints.
Required profile
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
- Professional, friendly telephone manner with empathy.
- Strong knowledge‑retention and attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to meet expectations.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
