About the role
We are looking for an experienced D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and the broader Power Platform suite. You will work closely with business users, internal teams and third‑party vendors to keep the CRM environment stable and continuously improve its capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model‑driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.
- Ensure configurations comply with Information Security Policies and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE.
- Apply secure configuration and data‑protection best practices across all changes.
- Manage system upgrades, wave updates and patch deployments with minimal disruption.
- Follow approved change‑control and security standards for all updates.
- Participate in solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce technical specifications or change requests.
- Identify and highlight security risks and data‑protection considerations during design.
Required profile
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical or functional capacity.
- Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
- Proven experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service.
- Good understanding of Dataverse and its role within the Power Platform.
- Relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., PL‑200); additional certifications are a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting plugins and JavaScript.
- Exposure to DevOps, ALM processes and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, data migration or reporting tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure services, APIs or PowerShell scripting is a plus.
