Data Analyst – Marketing & Campaign Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Data Analyst to support Marketing and Distribution teams within the Financial Services sector, focusing on Asset Management, Life Insurance and Retirement. You will work in a regulated environment, delivering data‑driven insights that power marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate data outputs for end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including list pulls, audience extracts and segment creation.
• Validate and analyse post‑campaign response and performance, ensuring compliance with data governance and internal controls.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, transform and prepare data from enterprise platforms for targeting and analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and distribution teams to translate briefs into clear data requirements and validate logic before deployment.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for campaign performance, audience analysis and trend reporting.
• Access and analyse data hosted on AWS and Azure, adhering to cloud security and compliance frameworks.
• Support the operationalisation of segmentation and propensity models produced by advanced analytics teams.
• Assist with data inputs for marketing technology platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Bombora) and perform basic data quality checks.

• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, CRM, distribution) and translate business needs into technical specifications.
