Project Manager

About the role

SITA is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives within its Operations at Airports and Baggage portfolios. The role supports the engineering management team and provides the Director of Engineering and T&E Leadership with mechanisms to track and monitor critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transformation and tactical projects, ensuring consistent execution and reporting.
• Identify and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across projects.
• Develop and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) to guarantee task ownership.
• Define clear success criteria and milestones to monitor progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, negotiation and detail‑orientation.

Required skills

• Project management frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Lean.
