Data Analyst – Reporting & Visualization

About the role

The Data Analyst will report to the Director of Data Intelligence and will create informative reports, visualisations and dashboards using both internal and external data. Working closely with data scientists, engineers, developers and business SMEs, the role aims to deliver accurate analytics that enable proactive, data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate reports, visualisations and dashboards following best practices.
• Analyse complex business problems and provide simple, elegant data‑driven solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights to influence strategy and performance.
• Define success and performance metrics for initiatives, including A/B testing.
• Integrate and curate data from a wide range of sources to develop detailed reports.
• Use data visualisation tools to communicate results to technical, non‑technical and senior audiences.
• Apply analytical and quantitative approaches to identify patterns in large, complex datasets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Ability to integrate and curate data from multiple internal and external sources.
