Demand & Inventory Planning Manager

About the role

Bulgari is seeking a Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to lead and govern integrated demand and inventory planning processes for its Global Logistic and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin. The role focuses on defining forecasting standards, inventory strategies and ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and service objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop rolling forecasts using AI/ML and robust statistical and analytical methodologies.
• Own demand review governance within S&OP and forecasting meeting cadences.
• Align demand plans with budget targets and three‑year strategic objectives.
• Define and oversee Target Stock Level (TSL) methodology across store networks.
• Analyse inventory trends and propose structural optimisation initiatives.
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Merchandising and Distribution Planning.
• Communicate demand and inventory assumptions, risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of demand and inventory planners.
• Implement KPIs, tools and best practices in demand and inventory planning.
• Challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and drive innovation.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Significant experience in demand and inventory planning within a complex, multi‑channel environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and caring leadership style.
