Deskside Support

About the role

emagine is seeking a Deskside Support professional to join its fast‑growing international consulting and technology team. You will provide both onsite and remote assistance, ensuring end‑users experience minimal disruption and maximum productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software and operating‑system faults, and perform OS and application installations or updates.
• Image and deploy new devices while ensuring configurations meet corporate standards.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Support network connectivity problems.
• Provide onsite and remote assistance using tools such as Teams Viewer and Citrix Director.
• Maintain accurate incident records in ServiceNow, meet SLA targets and follow up to ensure user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar desktop/desk‑side support role.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and operating‑system problems.
• Experience with imaging and deploying devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory user management.
• Familiarity with network connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication skills for remote assistance and documentation.
