Director of Integration and Channel

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Director of Integration and Channel to lead the execution of growth initiatives across EMEA. You will translate strategic plans into scalable commercial operating models, ensuring new markets, acquisitions, and channel expansions are successfully embedded.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy commercial operating models for acquisitions, go‑direct transitions, and channel expansion.
• Own end‑to‑end integration of major commercial transformations across EMEA, maintaining consistency across markets.
• Align operating models, channel structures, and execution approaches across commercial, finance, legal, and operations functions.
• Enable distributor onboarding, establish governance frameworks, and manage performance metrics.
• Identify and remove structural bottlenecks that impede execution.
• Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks to drive simplification and standardisation.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading complex transformation and integration initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models.
• Experience working cross‑functionally across commercial, finance, legal, and operations teams.
• Background in acquisition integration, channel strategy, or market model transformation.
