Director / Senior Director, FSP Operational Delivery Lead – EMEA

About the role

The Director / Senior Director, FSP Operational Delivery Lead will provide enterprise‑level leadership across multiple strategic FSP accounts and therapeutic areas throughout EMEA. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape portfolio strategy, drive operational transformation and strengthen client partnerships while aligning with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for several FSP portfolios and strategic client relationships.
• Develop and execute long‑term portfolio strategies that support business growth.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and delivery consistency.
• Serve as the executive operational lead for key FSP partnerships, managing governance, business reviews and complex escalations.
• Partner with Business Development on proposals, sales strategy and account expansion to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead Directors and senior leaders across portfolios, building leadership pipelines and succession plans.
• Champion organizational change, transformation programs and digital innovation, including analytics, automation and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and strategic advisory capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive business growth.
