About the role
Join one of Ireland's most respected full‑service firms as a Disputes & Investigations Lawyer. You will work on complex, high‑value, cross‑border commercial disputes while also handling regulatory and white‑collar matters for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation and expert determination matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate parallel regulatory enquiries alongside active court proceedings.
- Handle commercial disputes for technology companies and multi‑party consumer litigation.
- Advise on white‑collar and corporate crime investigations.
- Engage with regulators such as the DPC, CCPC and Comisiún na Meán.
- Deal with defamation cases and related matters.
Required profile
- 2–6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor.
- Current practice in Ireland or willingness to relocate back to Ireland.
- Background in a large, mid‑size or specialist law firm.
- Strong foundational knowledge of dispute resolution and genuine interest in regulatory work.
