E‑Commerce Logistics & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day logistics activities across fulfilment, transportation, returns and carrier management. You will act as the central hub linking warehouses, carriers, 3PL partners, customer service, account managers and finance to ensure smooth order dispatch and accurate shipment tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order dispatch across all e‑commerce fulfilment channels.
• Monitor shipping schedules and service levels to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Manage carrier collections, warehouse dispatch activities and shipment bookings.
• Support operational planning during peak periods, promotions and seasonal events.
• Escalate capacity constraints, delays and operational risks as needed.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for carriers, freight providers and logistics partners.
• Track shipment visibility, investigate delays and resolve customer‑impacting logistics issues.
• Prepare operational reports, invoicing and support the Logistics Manager on strategic initiatives.
