About the role
The Manager, EMEA Site Delivery Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of on‑site and regional technology services across the EMEA region. The role ensures stable, secure, and high‑quality IT operations for manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions while partnering closely with business leaders, global IT teams, and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for technology service delivery at assigned sites, aligning with global IT standards and local business needs.
- Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, including end‑user services, infrastructure, application support, and site‑specific technology requirements.
- Serve as the primary technology point of contact for site and regional business leaders, building strong partnerships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities to minimise business disruption and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the EMEA footprint.
