End User Computing Specialist

About the role

Our client, a global enterprise based in Dublin 2, is looking for an experienced End User Computing Specialist on a 6‑month daily‑rate contract. You will be responsible for delivering, supporting and continuously improving end‑user IT services, ensuring a secure, reliable and efficient digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team of EUC analysts, managing BAU support and project delivery.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problems and changes within an ITIL‑aligned framework.
• Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft 365, endpoint management and related integrations.
• Administer enterprise Microsoft 365 services, including collaboration, messaging and device lifecycle.
• Maintain Windows environments, device management, virtual desktop technologies and identity services.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Security teams on transformation and migration initiatives.
• Drive automation and efficiency through scripting and tooling improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, Digital Workplace or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong background in enterprise Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Proven experience managing Windows environments, device management and virtual desktop solutions.
• Solid understanding of ITIL service management, governance and compliance.
• Experience working on infrastructure transformation or modern workplace projects.
