English Second Language Teacher – Teach in China

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic ESL teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners aged 3‑16 in China. You will join a global community of educators, experience Chinese culture, and contribute to a high‑energy classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Design and deliver interactive, age‑appropriate lessons.
• Track student progress, provide feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship possible.
