Enterprise Architect – Telco BSS

About the role

Three is looking for an Enterprise Architect focused on Business Support Systems (BSS) to shape the architecture that underpins its sales, ordering, care and billing processes. You will work within a high‑energy, innovative environment where ideas are turned into reality and technology drives better connectivity for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and define high‑level architectures.
• Govern architecture progression through all delivery lifecycle stages up to implementation.
• Facilitate IT decision‑making and support budgetary processes with high‑level ROM estimates.
• Provide review and input for project/sprint planning and create, review, and approve solution design artefacts.
• Maintain a technology‑agnostic approach, working across all architecture layers, technologies and vendors.
• Contribute to overall IT strategy and evolve the architecture domain(s) in line with industry trends.
• Maintain an end‑to‑end view of components, suppliers and design artefacts.
• Work collaboratively within the IT architecture team, leveraging expertise across the organization.
• Manage multiple suppliers to design and deliver agreed architecture solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of BSS and end‑to‑end telecom product flows.
• Ability to engage with both business and technical leaders.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and cross‑vendor environments.
• Technology‑agnostic mindset with capability to work across diverse platforms.
