Equipment Validation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Validation Engineer to support the installation, commissioning and qualification of new manufacturing equipment for a brand‑new production line. The role works closely with Quality, Commissioning and Operations teams to move equipment from initial installation through Installation Qualification (IQ) to full production readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support on‑site installation, commissioning and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
• Author, review and execute validation protocols and related documentation.
• Lead activities to transition equipment through IQ, OQ and PQ phases.
• Collaborate with Quality and Commissioning teams to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, testing and qualification activities.
• Create controlled documentation such as SOPs, work instructions and specifications.
• Contribute to the successful startup of the new production line.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience installing, commissioning and qualifying manufacturing equipment.
• Proven ability to generate and execute URS and qualification documentation.
• Experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
