PCB Production Operator

About the role

The PCB Production Operator is responsible for operating assembly and PCB production equipment and performing manual assembly of printed circuit boards and mechanical hardware. The role involves preparing components, applying adhesives and coatings, inspecting and reworking PCBs, and carrying out routine machine maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate PCB production equipment according to SOPs.
• Prepare components, apply adhesives/coatings, and perform manual PCB assembly.
• Inspect, test, and rework PCBs to meet quality standards.
• Carry out operator‑level maintenance and process‑related measurements.
• Complete production documentation and manage work orders in the ERP system.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in assembly functions, preferably in PCB/electronics manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to quality, production goals, and safety standards.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Personable, adaptable, and able to work well within a team.

Required skills

• Operation of PCB production equipment.
• Use of ERP systems for work‑order management.
