About the role
This permanent position supports the Managing Director and the Board of a world‑renowned luxury retail house in Dublin. The role sits at the heart of the organisation, requiring proactive anticipation of needs and absolute discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive diary and inbox management for the Managing Director, prioritising tasks instinctively.
- Screening and handling of sensitive correspondence.
- Preparation of board‑ready presentations, reports and briefing materials.
- Coordination of travel, expenses and broader administrative functions.
- Full ownership of board meeting logistics, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow‑through actions.
- Travel and event coordination for board members.
- Visibility on cross‑functional projects and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ad‑hoc initiatives where judgement is as important as execution.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at C‑suite or Board level.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume global business.
- Strong composure under competing priorities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Absolute discretion as a standard practice.
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Expert‑level Outlook calendar and inbox management.
