Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of all company buildings, services and workplace environments. This role ensures that facilities are safe, functional and maintained to high standards, supporting employee productivity and visitor experience across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of office facilities, buildings and workplace environments.
• Manage office space planning, workplace moves and facilities‑related projects.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules and contractor activities.
• Monitor building systems including HVAC, security, utilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, building regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments and fire safety checks.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
• Control facilities budgets, track expenditures and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for employee facilities queries and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead office refurbishments, relocations and sustainability projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or workplace management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and building regulations.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and budgets.
