Finance Analyst – Intercompany Pricing

About the role

Join a leading pharmaceutical company as a Finance Analyst focused on Intercompany Pricing (ICP). You will work on end‑to‑end systems governance, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate pricing and tax compliance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end systems governance, building and improving platforms, workflows and handoffs.
• Collaborate with AGP, Tax Planning, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Commercial, NPI and Product Management to enable seamless ICP calculation and setup.
• Execute core activities in ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, S/4HANA) accurately and efficiently.
• Support annual year‑end outbound/inbound and standard‑cost loads; lead GMED kits calculation.
• Partner with the team lead to analyse data, validate process logic and develop large‑scale testing workflows.
• Ensure business requests meet SLA and implement controls to avoid order‑fulfilment disruption.
• Coordinate approvals for standard‑cost and ICP changes, enforcing SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Contribute to global initiatives to streamline finance intercompany pricing across Johnson & Johnson.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant finance or analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or IT.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience in data analytics, dashboarding and reporting, preferably with Alteryx, Power BI and SQL.
• Strong IT literacy with JD Edwards 8.12, SAP ERP (including S/4HANA, HANA) and Microsoft 365.
• Finance experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical or life‑sciences industry.
• Project‑lead or product‑owner experience is a plus.
