Finance & Reward Analyst (Early Career)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, analytically strong individual to join our Reward team in Cork. The role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting and compensation data management, offering hands‑on experience in HR controlling, cost management and reward processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and maintenance of personnel cost budgets, including salary, bonus and benefit projections.
• Perform detailed analysis of compensation‑related costs and produce quarterly HR cost accruals for Finance.
• Assist in annual budgeting, re‑forecasting cycles and scenario modelling for workforce expenses.
• Prepare and maintain quarterly accrual calculations for bonuses, commissions and other incentive plans, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Support key reward cycles such as salary reviews, bonus payments and LTI grants from a data and cost perspective.
• Maintain large datasets in Excel and HR systems, improving data integrity and reporting quality.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Curious and eager to learn about compensation cycles, reward processes and the interaction between HR and Finance.
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team and taking ownership of tasks.
• Open to hybrid working arrangements and flexible hours.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and modelling.
