Financial Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented Qualified Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. As a key member of the management team, you will drive financial control, process improvement and provide strategic decision‑making support to enable business growth and cost reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for financial controls, including credit control, accounts payable, accounts receivable and tax compliance.
• Manage and oversee the billing process for domestic customers.
• Initiate, drive and execute strategic process reviews to improve system efficiencies and reduce operational costs.
• Partner with senior managers to identify operational efficiencies and streamline cross‑departmental workflows.
• Deliver insightful analysis and high‑level decision‑making support to senior management.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests and business analysis from business managers.

Required profile

• ACCA, ACA or CPA qualified with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience in a similar financial management role.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a focus on internal controls and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement of systems, workflows and professional skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex financial data to non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Expert‑level Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with modern accounting software.
