Financial Consultant – Partnerships Team

About the role

Cornmarket is seeking motivated Financial Consultants to join its Partnerships Team and advise public‑sector employees on a range of financial products. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, propose suitable solutions and help them achieve long‑term financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fact‑finds or financial health checks to identify client objectives.
• Sell life policies, salary protection schemes, private health insurance, pensions, retired member’s cover and tax services.
• Present Cornmarket’s services at workplaces such as hospitals and schools to raise brand visibility.
• Deliver high‑quality, compliant customer service and build long‑term relationships.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and maintain existing business.
• Respond professionally to leads from multiple sources and ensure all activities follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work in a busy sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products clearly.
• Commitment to professional development, with QFA qualification desirable or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to compliance and risk‑control standards.
