Forward Deployed Engineer - Greek

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers in Dublin, Ireland, to design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. Working as part of a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist, you will co-build solutions that go live in production from day one, covering configuration, customisation and full-stack deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls and integration with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques
• Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice to deployed, validated and observable solutions in production
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer data platforms, modelling data and validating output
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs, and co-build with customers and partners
• Share field insights with senior engineers and the product team, and partner with the Deployment Strategist to turn customer challenges into shippable solutions

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development or with frontier models
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services or forward deployed engineering)
• Fluent Greek speaker with full English proficiency
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Willingness to travel about 25% of the time alongside customers

Required skills

• Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex
• Understanding of data modelling, APIs and integration patterns
• Ability to communicate with sales teams and customer architects
