Founding UI Engineer – AI‑Powered B2B Platform

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑funded early‑stage startup building an AI‑powered operational intelligence platform for the food manufacturing industry. The team tackles complex forecasting, production planning, and supply‑chain optimisation using advanced predictive analytics and modern AI systems. We are hiring a Founding Design Engineer to own both product experience and frontend development for a highly interactive B2B platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end UX and frontend development.
• Build intuitive interfaces for complex forecasting and operational data.
• Design AI‑native workflows and chatbot experiences.
• Create interactive dashboards and data visualisations.
• Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams.
• Drive rapid iteration using product analytics and user feedback.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing B2B SaaS products.
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Must be authorised to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• Expertise in Figma.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
• Experience visualising complex datasets and time‑series data.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM products and streaming AI interfaces.
