About the role
Mindrift is looking for freelance English writers to act as AI Trainers. You will create high‑quality, fact‑checked text that helps improve the reasoning, logic, nuance and clarity of AI language models.
Key responsibilities
- Produce original, clear, and accurate responses following project guidelines.
- Adhere to style and quality standards to maintain consistency across content.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine and improve generated text.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least one year of professional or academic experience.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Reliable internet connection.
