Freelance ITIL Trainer (Ireland/UK)

About the role
Althris Training is looking for an experienced ITIL Trainer to join us on a freelance, onsite basis in Ireland or the UK. You will design and deliver ITIL training programmes for individuals and corporate teams, helping them master best‑practice service‑management concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update comprehensive ITIL course materials.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Provide practical support and guidance to participants during and after sessions.
- Assess learning outcomes and report on training effectiveness.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest ITIL releases and industry trends.
Required profile
- Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks and implementation strategies.
- Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- Relevant ITIL certifications (Foundation, Practitioner or higher).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
