About the role
We are looking for a proactive Freight Forwarder to join the Air Operations team in Dublin. The role involves managing end‑to‑end freight forwarding activities, ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage freight forwarding processes using the company’s in‑house systems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and fulfil their shipping requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle financial transactions related to shipments and provide high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience in air freight is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
