French Billing Customer Service Representative

About the role

UPS is looking for a French‑speaking Billing Customer Service Representative to join its customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for both external and internal customers who have questions about their invoices, helping to resolve issues and ensure accurate billing.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing.
• Use sound judgment to determine the best course of action for each case.
• Communicate clearly with customers in French and English.
• Prepare billing adjustments when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex billing scenarios.

Required profile

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in French.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete an 8‑week on‑site training period before transitioning to a hybrid work model.
• Permanent employment status.
